Ying Chang

Ying comes from years of Hospitality in a corporate restaurant where she lead, trained, and assisted in New Store openings. After graduating from the University of California, Irvine, Ying has used her Psychology and Social Behavior degree in the Hospitality field where she goes beyond to create exceptional experiences. A skilled bartender in her own right and moving away from being behind the bar, Ying has grown exponentially in her leadership role and daily operations of the restaurant and is the ambassador for all things operational.

Robert Adamson

With over 20 years of experience in the restaurant industry, Robert has been with The Blind Rabbit as a managing partner and “Spirit Lifter” (head bartender) for over six years. He’s assisted The Blind Rabbit in acquiring the title of Best New Restaurant-by The Orange County Register in 2014, Best Cocktail Bar in Orange County by The Orange County Register in 2016, 2017, and 2018, the Golden Foodie Award for Best Cocktails in 2015, 2018, and 2019, Best Bar Program 2018, Bartender of the Year 2018, Best Speakeasy in Orange County courtesy of CBS News, and 4th most Romantic Restaurant in the Nation Yelp-2019 and 13th in 2020.

In 2018 Robert was a world finalist in the Woodford Reserve Best Manhattan competition coming in the top 6 in the United States.
